How to Manage in a Fast Changing World

Remember when life moved slowly? It used to be that change took decades, or even centuries to occur. Now change seems to be measured in days, even minutes.

Change is inevitable, yet many of us have difficulty accepting change. Resistance to change causes fear and anxiety, even illness. Living joyfully in our senior years requires being able to manage the changes of life effectively.

Living Joyfully and Peacefully is an opportunity to identify the perspectives and strategies that enable us to manage change in constructive and creative ways.

Author and psychotherapist Ted Kuntz shares his journey of learning how to deal with the uncertainties of life.

Kuntz is the author of the best selling book, Peace Begins With Me - an inspiring summary of the wisdom Kuntz acquired on his own journey to create more peace and joy, regardless what life offers.

You will discover:
v Ways of thinking that feed your negativity
v Strategies to increase your peace and joy
v How to engage change gracefully.

Living Joyfully and Peacefully will benefit anyone who is challenged by the uncertainties of life.
